Terms of Service

Effective date: June 21, 2026
By commissioning artwork from Raezoo (hereafter “the Artist”), the client (“you” / “Client”) agrees to the following terms in full.

--------------------------------1. Eligibility
> The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission or revision request that exceeds the originally agreed-upon content rating or falls outside their comfort level.2. Payment
> All prices are in USD.
> Payment through PayPal invoices only.
> The Client is responsible for PayPal's payment processing fees and currency conversion fees. (+10%)
> For commissions under $300: full payment is due upfront.
> For commissions over $300: a deposit (25–50%) can be made before sketching; the remainder is due before final delivery.
> Extra charges apply for additional details, such as weapons, effects, intricate outfit design and a different art style, which will depend on the request.
> An extra charge (+70%) applies when significant character design work is required (e.g., the character does not have a clear visual reference).3. Process & Revisions
> Usual turnaround: 10-60 days. The specific number, which depends on the request, will be informed to the Client directly and on the invoice details.
> If delays occur, the Client will be notified.
> The Artist aims to reply to inquiries within 3 business days.
> Work stages: sketch → lineart → flats → shading.
> Major changes must be addressed during sketching only! (e.g. pose, composition and/or angle change).
> Up to 2 rounds of sketch revisions are included. Further revisions, will require additional payment.
> After sketch approval, 1 round of minor revisions is included per stage. Major changes after sketch approval will require additional payment.
> Revisions due to the Artist’s mistakes or oversights (forgetting a requested element) are always free.4. Refunds
> Refunds are generally not available once payment is sent.
> The Client must be certain before commissioning.
> The Client should review the Artist’s portfolio and be sure they are satisfied with the style.
> If the Artist is unable to complete the commission, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
> Payment is confirmation that the Client accepts these Terms.5. Abandonment
> If the Client does not reply or provide needed materials for 60 days, the Artist may cancel the commission and keep any payments.
> The Artist will make reasonable attempts to contact the Client before canceling.6. Rights & Usage
> The Artist retains all copyright.
> Upon full payment, the Client receives personal use rights only (e.g. printing for self, wallpapers, personal sites).
> Commercial rights are not included unless explicitly discussed and purchased.
> The Artist may display the artwork in portfolios and social media unless the Client requests privacy in advance (a privacy fee will apply).
> Prohibited uses: NFTs, AI dataset training.7. Delivery
> The final artwork is delivered digitally (PNG by default).
> No physical items are shipped.
> If the Client requires another format, it must be specified in advance.8. Privacy
> Both parties agree to keep personal information confidential.
> The Artist will not share the Client’s personal details.9. Disputes
> Any disputes should first be resolved through communication between the Artist and the Client.10. Changes to Terms
> The Artist may update these Terms at any time.
> Updates apply to new commissions only.11. Miscellaneous
> If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
